Former President Manila Mayor Joseph Ejercito Estrada delivered his second State of the City Address earlier today before a jampacked crowd at the PICC Forum. Mayor Estrada’s report to his city mates was upbeat and full of hope for the future, and detailed his administration’s accomplishments including the payment of the city’s P4.4-billion in total unpaid obligations left behind by the previous administration. PMayor Estrada also called on all Manilenyos to continue to unite in order to bring back the city’s former glory.
