Former President Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada today handed out the annual Patnubay ng Sining at Kalinangan awards to ten distinguished individuals, groups and institutions for their contribution to the growth of arts and culture in the country's capital city. Movie icon Ms Nora Aunor, garnered the top Diwa ng Lahi Award during the event.
