OUTSTANDING EDUCATORS AND STUDENTS

Former President Manila Mayor Joseph Ejercito Estrada delivered the congratulatory remarks at simple ceremonies honoring the city's outstanding educators and students. The 40 honorees were visibly moved and delighted by the Mayor's speech which honored their accomplishments, followed by his surprise announcement that additional incentives would be given to each of them for their exemplary performance.
