Outstanding students of Manila - graduating as valedictorians, salutatorians, and those who received honorable mentions - were today feted by Former President Manila Mayor Joseph Ejercito Estrada in simple ceremonies at the Division of City Schools complex along Arroceros, Manila. Cheers greeted the Mayor's announcement that each one of them would receive a cash gift from the city as a token of appreciation for their exemplary academic performance.
